Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions

• Applicable for bookings placed from Now - 30th April 2026.
• The offer is valid for stays from Now - 30th April 2026 only.
• Rates are inclusive of taxes (as imposed by the government).
• Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
• Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Inclusive of combined transport from car park to the hotel and back for 5-7 pax per jeep (one way: 8.8 Km/45 mins) for both ways.

Payment

• Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
• Offer is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
• The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms.

Stay Conditions

• Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
• Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
• A set menu option will be available for dining. For specific dietary arrangements, please contact +94 766 9192 43 prior to arrival.

Amendments and Cancellations

• Please click here to see the cancellation policy applicable for the stay periods.
• Amendments of date of stay in a period outside the offer period, due to reasonable circumstance, will be at the sole discretion of the Management.

1. Corporate outings and day outings
2. Gift vouchers
3. Pre-confirmed bookings
4. To be combined with other offers
5. Reservations made through any other platforms, online or offline
